Instructor's Biography:

Bill Doherty is co-owner and president of Pressure Kleen Services, a family owned and operated company since 1962. Active in the industry for 40+ years, Bill was the first Canadian Certified Exhaust System Inspector (CESI) and the first Certified Exhaust Cleaning Specialist (CECS) with the International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association (IKECA). Bill was appointed first president of the Canadian IKECA chapter by the board of directors. Bill has presented to the IKECA membership at their annual technical conference, the Canadian Association of Fire Investigators “Hells Kitchen” symposium, City of Mississauga fire inspectors, City of Toronto-Etobicoke fire inspectors, Intact Insurance, and more. Bill is a member of the Hotel Engineering Association of Toronto (HEAT), and the Ontario Restaurant Hotel & Motel Association (ORHMA).
