Notice of Annual General Meeting

Dear CFSA Member,

The Canadian Fire Safety Association (CFSA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at Venu Event Space, 2nd Floor, 2800 Hwy 7, Vaughan, Ontario on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, beginning at 8:00 am ET.

As a member of CFSA, you are entitled to submit a proxy (PDF Form) if you are unable to attend the meeting. Please complete the proxy provided and return it to the CFSA office by facsimile to 416-491-1670, e-mail (operations@canadianfiresafety.com) or by mail to the above address by the published deadline of March 31, 2026. These agenda (AGM Notice and Agenda PDF) items will be discussed at the meeting.

The CFSA is doing as best we can to reduce our carbon footprint! With that said, effective this meeting, access to meeting material will only be accessible via our Members’ Only section on the CFSA website. Materials will be posted prior to the meeting, and we encourage you to review them in advance. Don’t forget to bring your laptop, tablet or smart phone so you can access meeting materials electronically. Should you have questions in advance of the AGM, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly by email at anthony.rago@canadianfiresafety.com.

The Annual General Meeting is a great opportunity to learn more about the activities of the CFSA and to let your voice be heard.
