Dear CFSA Members,
It is an especially proud time to be Canadian and we are delighted to announce that the Canadian Fire Safety Association (CFSA) will host its 35th Annual Canadian Fire Safety Conference and Expo on April 2-3, 2025, in Vaughan, Ontario. This milestone event marks our expansion from the former Annual Education Forum growing the event into a dynamic and jam-packed two-day conference and expo!
The conference will feature insightful discussions, technical seminars, and networking opportunities with industry leaders, experts, and professionals. Highlights include presentations from the industry’s top experts such as adopting fluorine-free foam systems, wildland-urban interface fire research, and mitigating risks in lithium-ion battery manufacturing and storage. Additionally, we will explore alternative design solutions for warehouses and industrial buildings, and advancements in the use of mass timber in provincial codes.
The Conference will host over 200 attendees, including architects, engineers, fire officials, property managers, building code officials, fire protection consultants, manufacturers, government representatives, and academia. The conference offers an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge and foster collaborations that enhance fire safety nationwide.
CFSA is especially grateful and wish to extend a special thank you to Honeywell and Tap Report as our Partner Sponsors for this years conference. This year the CFSA host’s over 30 proud sponsors who play a vital role in supporting this event and participating in the Expo. Their contributions help make this conference possible and enrich the experience for all CFSA Members and attendees. The Expo floor offers the perfect opportunity for networking and interaction at the sponsor booths during the day, including an evening reception period to conclude Day 1!
